Cancellation Policy

Booking and cancellation terms

• Default business timezone: America/New_York.
• Personal training cancellation cutoff: 24 hours.
• Class cancellation cutoff: 2 hours before the class begins.
• Personal training emergencies may be handled at Shea.Moves LLC's discretion.
• Shea.Moves LLC may issue a full class-payment refund from the booking record.
• A customer manually marked as a no-show may be charged a separate, non-refundable $10 fee to the payment method authorized during checkout.
• No-shows are determined manually by Shea.Moves LLC and are not assigned automatically based on time passing.
• Timely client cancellation returns one credit.
• Late client cancellation does not return a credit.
• A cancellation initiated by Shea.Moves LLC returns one credit.
• Personal training credits expire after one year.
• Group class credits expire after six months.
